STR clinics are unique. We offer instruction and analysis using the most advanced technology. Our technology was developed by the STR president (Dr. Havriluk) and has been thoroughly researched over the last 20 years. In addition, the instructional procedures have been supported with documented evidence presented at international conferences and published in swimming and scientific journals. We keep the number of participants small to insure individual attention, constant mental focus, and incomparable progress.

On March 15, we will offer clinics for both age group and adults swimmers. All the clinics will be conducted by Dr. Rod Havriluk at the Leach Center indoor pool on the Florida State University campus in Tallahassee, FL. Please register online.

1:30-3:30 Technique instruction in pool

Clinic fee is $89 and includes classroom and pool instructional sessions

Aquanex+Video Analysis Clinic
3:30-4:30 Review and Aquanex+Video testing
4:30-6:00 Analysis of video and force data in classroom

Clinic fee is $79 and includes freestyle testing, classroom feedback session, copies of Aquanex playback software and swimmer's individual files.
