STR clinics are unique. We offer instruction and analysis using the most advanced technology. Our technology was developed by the STR president (Dr. Havriluk) and has been thoroughly researched over the last 20 years. In addition, the instructional procedures have been supported with documented evidence presented at international conferences and published in swimming and scientific journals. We keep the number of participants small to insure individual attention, constant mental focus, and incomparable progress.

In November, we will offer one clinic for high school swimmers and one clinic for adults (triathletes and masters) in Tallahassee, FL. The clinics will be conducted by Dr. Havriluk at the Leach Center indoor pool on the Florida State University campus. Please register online or call 850-385-9803 for other options.
