STR clinics are unique. We offer instruction and analysis using the most advanced technology. Our technology was developed by the STR president (Dr. Havriluk) and has been thoroughly researched over the last 20 years. In addition, the instructional procedures have been supported with documented evidence presented at international conferences and published in swimming and scientific journals. We keep the number of participants small to insure individual attention, constant mental focus, and incomparable progress.

On the weekend of March 6-8, we will offer clinics for both age group and adults swimmers. All the clinics will be conducted by Dr. Rod Havriluk at the Julington Creek pool. Please register online.
