STR SpeedWeekends are unique. We offer instruction and analysis using the most advanced technology. The weekend begins with a classroom session on optimal technique for breaststroke and butterfly featuring MONA. An instructional pool session follows with many short swims at slow speed so that the swimmers can control their movements. There are additional classroom and pool sessions on freestyle and backstroke. The second day includes classroom and pool reviews of all four strokes followed by testing with Aquanex+Video. A classroom feedback session of the synchronized underwater video and hand force data concludes the weekend schedule.

 

Our advanced technology was developed by the STR president (Dr. Havriluk) and has been thoroughly researched over the last 20 years. In addition, the instructional procedures have been supported with documented evidence presented at international conferences and published in swimming and scientific journals. We keep the number of participants small to insure individual attention, constant mental focus, and incomparable progress.

Registration Information
Participant fee of $275 includes classroom and pool instruction; STR swim cap; sample goodies; Aquanex+Video testing and analysis of all four strokes; a playback version of Aquanex software and swimmer's individual data files. You can register online.
