  • Guaranteed identification of technique changes that will make you faster
  • A limit of 12 participants to ensure maximum individual attention

Clinic Details

Tri-Clinics are offered in 1 or 2-day formats and are directed at triathletes who want to make a big improvement in a short amount of time. The clinic format allows for a comprehensive presentation of optimal freestyle technique. The morning session includes classroom and pool instruction and the afternoon session includes a pool review with Aquanex testing and an analysis in the classroom. This clinic will provide swimmers with a great deal of individual feedback and a complete analysis.

This clinic is limited to 12 participants to ensure plenty of individual attention for incomparable progress. During the morning classroom session, Dr. Havriluk will explain the optimal model for freestyle technique using his biomechanical model (MONA). For each key position within the stroke cycle, he will explain visual and kinesthetic cues to help swimmers comply with the model. During the analysis session in the classroom, Dr. Havriluk will reinforce each swimmer’s positive technique elements and explain how to adjust technique to avoid limiting factors. Cues for each adjustment are explained so that the swimmers understand how to focus on optimal technique when they return to their normal training.
