You’ll be ready to review your files in no time! Set up is easy: First, click Aquanex to download Aquanex V5.6 Playback. Once your file is downloaded, save it someplace you will be able to access easily. Next unzip/extract the file: Aquanex.zip. Then run setup.exe to install Aquanex.
Next, download your personal file from the link you were given or download our sample file of butterfly AS1FL.zip, backstroke BS1BA.zip, breaststroke XS1BR.zip, or freestyle DS1FR.zip. Unzip/extract your file or the sample file. Save the dat and avi files in the same folder as the Aquanex program. Run Aquanex.
From the Aquanex menu bar, go to Data/Graph, then Data/Graph with Video, then File/Open and…. open your file. Click the “Show MONA” button to display the biomechanical model of optimal technique. Use the multimedia controls to the right of the swimmer video and to the left of the MONA video to control the respective display.
