This e-book has seven chapters with information about the prevalence of shoulder injuries, risk factors, basic shoulder anatomy, and the harmful technique elements for each stroke with strategies for correction. There is also a chapter on implementing a system that can greatly reduce the chance of injury. The appendices include FAQs and an extensive list of references.
